March 2024: Kyle has been helpful in dealing with a problem I had with a roof leak over my unit. He was out of town when I first contacted the office but he followed up with me when he returned. He’s contacted a contractor to make roof repairs and offered me another unit in the meantime. While I hate that the leak happened in the first place, I’m glad that the company is being responsive and accommodating. Previously: This storage facility has fantastic customer service. They were very communicative when I needed a large unit on short notice and made sure I got what I needed when I needed it. The prices are reasonable as well. Would recommend.

Kyle was very informative and super easy to deal with. Had a unit in less than 10 minutes. Everything was done through a phone call and a few emails. I would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend Storage Park - Dayton! It is a shiny new facility with a great location right off the highway, and it is super nice and clean. They have units of all different sizes for whatever your needs, and they are at very reasonable and affordable prices! Especially with the special promo they have running right now. And I can’t say enough about Kyle who runs it; he is extremely nice and professional, very helpful and I can tell definitely cares about his occupants. I am glad to rent from Storage Park - Dayton.
